1. Shipping Destinations

We currently offer shipping to the following destinations:

  • Australia: All states and territories.

  • International: Over 30 countries. Please contact us for more details.

  • Express: Only available for the United States and Australia

2. Shipping Rates

  • Australia:

    • Standard Shipping: Included in the price of each item

    • Express Shipping: A$20 per item

  • International Shipping:

    • Standard Shipping: Included in the price of each item

    • Express Shipping: A$20 per item

3. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically produced within 5-7 business days. Our estimated delivery timeframe includes the time it takes to manufacture an order.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Australia:

    • Standard Shipping: 6-12 business days

    • Express Shipping: 5-8 business days

  • International:

    • Delivery times vary by destination and can take 6-12 business days depending on the country.

    • Express Shipping (US only) - 3-5 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or postal service disruptions.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through our carrier's website.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Orders)

  • All international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

7. Shipping Address

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. Starkast is not responsible for orders that are lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at hello@starkast.au. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

9. Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be returned within 21 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Return Process

  1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@starkast.au with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.

  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
